Altered Paper Bag

So, a lady at work today asked if I could stamp her one of the paper bags I had at our craft sale last week. She wants to use it as a gift bag. She said nothing fancy, that I could stamp it like the ones I did for the sale but I thought I would color the flowers and add some stickles to make it more attractive. Hopefully she likes it :-)

Fathers Day Crates

Here are the fathers day crates I put together for Hal (from Justin) and my dad.

My dad is right big into golf .. loves it. Plays as much as he can .. so I put this together with some tee's and golf ball and fake grass - lol .. my sister is picking up the gift certificate from a golf store which will be added to the crate.

Justin said Hal wanted a BBQ cover for his new BBQ, so he got him a gift certificate for Home Depot so he can go buy whichever one he wants. So, we put together a BBQ theme crate for him. Which I must say is alot easier then the golf one.

I didnt decorate the crate so they can use them in either the garage or some place else.

Hope they like them.

Another B&W Note Card Tote

I'm on a roll.

Altered Frames

So .. the boxes were not going the way I wanted and I was not excited about making them. Paola suggested I make some of the frames I was making at Christmas time. Great Suggestion!!!! I made these 3 this afternoon. I went out and bought some more frames. I am so totally excited about making the frames. I really enjoyed making them at Christmas time and I am enjoying them again! Thanks a million for the suggestion Paola :-) TFL

Note Card Tote

I had the day off today so I thought I'd take another crack at these boxes .. I did a different one today. I am keeping them simple but they are taking hours to make. Way too long to make many for this craft sale. Maybe I need to rethink it. Hmmm ...

Box - O - Cards

So, Trish and I are thinking of joining in a craft sale they are having at work.

I was thinking I would make these little boxes with cards in them. I made some like this at a crop I went to in February and thought they were really cute.

They are 3x3 cards.

This is my demo box.

I am still wondering if these would sell.

I did 4 cards for this box but it could fit 6 easily in the box.

So, I ask you ..

Do you think these would sell?

How much would you price them at?

4 or 6 cards?

Do you think they cards need to be more elaborate or does it work to keep them simple?

Altered Letter "S"

I altered this letter for a co - worker .. her favorite colors are black, pinks and some purples .. I like this one alot .. if only it were the letter T .. I would keep it - lol

With Deepest Sympathy

Playing around with my new stamps I got today :-) I embossed the tree, butterflies and the saying but from the picture you cant really tell. The butterflies are popped up with pop dots.

TRI Shutter Card

I saw these cards on Split Coast and just had to try it out .. they are super easy to make .. but I found it difficult to do the embellishments ....

Here are the directions on making this card:
Start with a 12″ long piece of card stock that is 5 1/2″ tall. This size will fit into a standard invitation size envelope when all folded.
Score at 2″, 4″, 8″ and 10″
Turn the card stock and now measure 1 1/2″ in from the long side. Use your craft knife and make a slit starting at the 2″ score and bring it down to the 10″ score mark. Make sure to do this on BOTH long sides.
