Grad Frame

Here is part of the grad gift I am giving my nephew who has just graduated high school.

It sure was hard to not put any butterflies or flowers onto the frame - lol

It was hard to get a good pic of the frame w/o the flash on so of course there you can see that darn flash. I outlined all the white chipboard with stickles but you may not be able to see that in the picture.

Graduation Card

My nephew Cody graduates from grade 12 this coming Wednesday!!!

We are sooo proud of him. He has come so far. He has grown up sooo much. I cant believe he is graduating already!! Time sure does fly!

Here is the card I made for him.

Dear Daughter Easel Card

A lady at work ask me to do something crafty with this poem that she loves so much. She wants to give it to her daughter. I have been hmm'ing and haa'ing for months on it. I was originally going to make an explosion box and that was not turning out the way I wanted it to. Then I made those 2 easel cards for mothers day and thought that would be perfect for the poem. I
painted up this little box (the smallest I could seem to find), put a some ribbon and a bow on it (b/c of what the poem says) and I just had to place a heart inside. I sure hope she likes it.

Here are 2 mothers day cards I made. One for my mom and one for my other mom.

I hopped onto the easel card making wagon. I see these types of cards everywhere and just had to make one. The blue one I made 1st and something was not right .. it wouldn't lean enough forward .. the 2nd one worked out fine. I look forward to making more of these cards .. they are super easy to make.

Homemade Flowers

Here are the homemade flowers I made for Dolly's "Homemade Flower" swap. Thank goodness for the cricut. That was alot of flowers to be cut out. My fingers were sooo sore from curling all those flowers but I think it was sooo worth it. They turned out very pretty. I used fun flock for the centers.

"All About Me" CSS&C Album

I finally got my album all together from Robin's "All About Me" swap with the ladies from Canadian Scrap, Swap & Chat.

It is fun to flip through it and look to see all the little things everyone wrote about themselves and how they personalized their page. I really enjoyed doing this swap =)

Here is a pic front cover and a cover page for the album. It is a fabric album and in the pic it looks kinda funny but IRL it looks awesome!!

I was over visiting Trish today. She showed me some of her new stamps and I had her stamp me a couple of this image.

This Kraftin' Kimmie "Babette" stamp is the perfect image for those dreaded "man" cards I sooo love making - lol

I made this card for my friend Al who's birthday is right around the corner.

I saw the chance to use the flower soft again here on this card. I am really loving the flower soft. I mixed the black and ivory together.
