Justin 1999 - 2000

This pic of Justin makes me laugh. I dont know if it is b/c his 2 front teeth are missing or b/c of the way his hair is styled or b/c of the way I remember him at this age. He was just a goof-ball .. well honestly he still is a goof ball .. just one who is now taller then his mommy - lol

When I cropped the picture I noticed on one of the pieces he had wrote his name on the back of the photo. I forgot to take a pic of it but I did include it in the LO. The piece of ribbon tucked under the picture .. if pulled is attached to the piece where he has wrote his name.

Retro Week on FB

With my computer being in the shop the last 11 days I had some time on my hands to get going on some LO's. Most of them are of Justin but I could not resist doing this one of me. I really gotta get going on my "About Me" album again. Soon!!

So a couple weeks ago it was retro week on Facebook. After going through some pics of me as a kid I choose this one for my profile pic. It was taken in 1983 which means I would have been 7 years old.

HAPPY 4Oth TRISH

She so loves owls and I so am weird about these owl and bird stamps and she knows it. But seriously, I just had to use this stamp. I have no idea why I have an owl stamp .. I must have bought it with her in mind ;-)

For fun, I made her this "40 sucks" bouquet of suckers. I sure hope 40 doesn't suck 'cause I am getting closer and closer to it!! LOL

11 Days Later

Finally got my computer back today!!!

I managed to get 6 LO's done over the last w/e. I need to re-install my camera software and once I do I will post pics of the LO's .

I hate losing all my bookmarks and re-installing everything .. total pain in the butt. At least it is all fixed now and I can get back to things =)

Hope everyone is well and I am off to check 0ut your blogs and what you have been up to for the last 11 days =)

Last week Trish had one ... this week it's my turn ... grrrrr.

I am using a different computer but cant upload any pics onto it so I cant share any LO's or other projects til I am up and running again on my own computer (which they say can be up to 5-7 days).

I will still be blog hopping to see what your creating but for some reason I cant leave messages on some blogs. Weird.

Anyhoo ... I will sill be creating in the meantime. I have lots of pictures and lots of supplies to last me a loooong time - lol. I have to keep myself busy doing something dont'cha know ;-)

Grandma & Jayson

So, I am sending some pics out to my cousin from my grandma's stash.

My Grandma & Jayson were pretty close. However, he had moved away to BC and the family was not in touch with him for a long time. He didnt know grandma was sick and therefore, didn't get to see/speak to her before she passed away. He found out months and months later. I felt so bad he didn't know or get to say goodbye. Now, we have re-connected on Facebook and I am going to finally be able to send the pictures to him. Before I do I wanted to do something nice for him. This was the only picture I could find of them together.

I am hoping to get this out in the mail to him this coming week.

I sure hope he likes it :-)

Oh ya, and today is Jan 1/10 so it is the beginning of 365 projects in 365 days. Off to a good start :-)
