Sketch & Die Cut Challenge

Here is my double LO for Lisa's Sketch Support Layout Challenge using the below sketch and Gloria's Diecutting Challenge using leaves.

It was really hard for me to do a double LO and to use soooo many pics .. lol. I usually use very minimal pics in a LO and using only a one pager. I'm happy to be challenged to do a double LO and using multiple pics =)

My sister asked me to do a LO of this picture from the newspaper of her friends who are both huge ESKS fans.

I had scanned the pic and uploaded to WM to get it printed. Was easier to scrap that way.

Me

I got scrappy again this afternoon :D Gotta love being on holidays =) I usually only do 1 picture on a LO but amazingly put 3 on this one!!! This is me in the LO, I'm working on my All About Me Album. I wish I knew the year these pics were taken. I know it was at my grandma's house and I'd say I was probably about 3 or 4 years old.

After I finished the LO, I went and checked who's lollypop flowers I used and was shocked to see that they were the flowers Erin made for our lollipop flower swap. That made me smile extra big today. Thank you Erin for making great flowers that worked perfectly with my LO =)

I'm gonna have to find a new place to take these pics .. you cant really tell by the pic but I did put glitter on all those black lines .. it sure sparkles IRL =)

Lisa's LO Challenge

It sure has been a long time since I did a LO. Last Sunday, Lisa challenged us ladies on the board to get scrappy .. to get out those embellies we've been saving and just use them. I was excited to get started and got some prints done and picked up. Had a bad week health wise and didn't get a chance until today to get my LO done.

I was curious as to when the last LO I did was done. Going through my blog to find the last LO I did was actually Sept 21, 2010. When I saw that last LO alot of emotions came along with it. Last year, Lisa secretly asked us to make LO's for our friend Erin, send them to her and she would make a package up and send it to Erin. This LO is the one I made for Erin. I never labelled it on the blog for Erin b/c I didn't want to ruin the surprise. Here is the LO.

I went with a winter theme b/c her little guy Luke was taking ice skating lessons and I wanted her to be able to scrap those pics. :heavy sigh:
