Bday Card

A lady at work liked the card I made for Rob's bday .. she asked if I would make one for her daughters 15th bday.

I added some glimmer mist. Her daughter loves black and pink. I want to add a necklace on the inside .. something with a heart or a V (her name is Victoria) what I have here is silver and is not looking good so I will look around tomorrow to see if I can find something that will work.

Austin's Birthday Card

Here is a card I made for Austin's 5th (Christine's son) birthday. He loves cars so when I saw this lazer cut wooden car at M's I had to grab it. I used liquid glass on the car to make it shine. I used tin foil for the background and embossed it with the cuttlebug.


Looking at the pics now I wish I had taken an after shot of the car before I glued it onto the card.

Sympathy Card

I made this card for a lady at work who's mother in law passed away last week.

I sprayed the pink with glimmer mist but unfortunately you cant tell from this picture .. it looks very pretty IRL.

Lollypop Swap

I'm hosting a lollypop swap on CSS&C.

I soooo love Prima's lollypop flowers and thought it would be cool to get a variety of flowers from a swap :-)

I know the ladies will do a wonderful job creating unique flowers.


These are the ones I did for the swap. The purple & black ones.

I originally started with the gold & black ones made out of transparency. They were alot of work and super messy to make. I got bored of them real fast. I made enough to give everyone 1 of them along with the purple & black ones.


I hope everyone has fun with the swap. I cant wait to see everyones when they arrive :-)

My baby turns 16 years old in 6 short days from today.

I added MS sparkles to the 6TEEN and to the stars and am still working on cleaning the excess off - lol.

Hopefully this card is boy enough for him ...

I distressed the front but am still unsure if I should add something to the front of the card??

Grrr

So, I bought AC/DC tickets ($250.00 later - insert rolling eyes here) for Justin for his 16th b-day and 15 minutes before the outdoor concert is to start this is what is happening outside. Super nice day all day and no rain in the foecast. Go-figure!!!!

And the thunder rolls ...
