I put in a grievance at work March 2007 because the gov't decided that my position was not what is should be and I was declassified and it is still going on!

I had a meeting today with HR and they informed me that it could take another 2 - 12 years to be settled.

This is all the paperwork I have to go through constantly!

I am sooo annoyed with this whole process.

Such a crock - o - sh*t!!
