"Cold Snowy Winter Days" Recipe Swap

I'm hosting a "Cold Snowy Winter Days" recipe swap.

I was feeling uninspired this weekend trying to get these recipe cards done by Dec 1st. I was at Micheal's today and saw these snowmen recipe cards and thought, this is it .. I love them. My printing is pretty neat so I thought I would tackle it. Let me tell you .. it is easier to type it on the computer and print it onto cardstock. There were 20 cards in the package, I had to make 11 recipe cards .. there is only 1 blank card left - lol Man, spelling mistakes left right and center today (insert rolling eyes here) Here is my recipe card.

Christmas Card

I wanted to use these snowflakes I bought .. so I made this card .. used some TH alcohol inks and some white glitter .. a decent pic of the card was hard to get .. that darn shiny paper always gives me issues .. lol

"About Me" Swap

Robin is hosting an "About Me" swap. A swap to share some info about yourself with your fellow scrappers.

I so cant wait to get this swap back and learn a little more about my on-line scrappy friends.

I kept mine pretty simple (of course) .. I used this fantastic glitter paper I received from V :-) I stamped and embossed swirls on the side ... added some bling. I used some rock candy on the flower .. thx for the tip Dolly ;-)

Christmas Card

Saw a card similar to this on Splitcoast .. I like the concept of the card but I think I will re-do it and stamp the Season's Greeting and place it in the lower left somewhere .. I think it does not pop in this card .. off to re-do .. thx for looking though - lol

Trish's "NON Traditional Christmas Card Challenge"

Here is the card I made for Trish's "NON Traditional Christmas Card Challenge".

We were to think outside the colors of red, green, white, and blue, however, they could be used as an accent color.

Now, I can here Trish laughing her ass off at me already. She knows I dont like change. LOL. This was the best I could do.
